§ 155.325 SURFACE OF PARKING AREA.
   (A)   All off-street parking areas and all driveways, except off-street parking areas and driveways for one- or two-family dwelling units, shall be Portland cement concrete or asphaltic concrete and well drained. Any off-street parking area that is excavated shall be resurfaced by Portland cement concrete or asphaltic concrete within 30 days after completion of construction or as the weather may reasonably permit.
   (B)   All off-street parking areas and driveways for one- or two-family dwelling units shall be Portland cement concrete or asphaltic concrete or gravel and well drained. Any off-street parking area that is excavated shall be resurfaced by Portland cement concrete or asphaltic concrete or gravel within 30 days after completion of construction or as the weather may reasonably permit. This surface area requirement shall not apply to parking areas located between a street and a sidewalk where there is no curb and shall not apply to parking areas located entirely behind the primary structure on the property. All parking areas must be placed in conformity with this Zoning Code; the requirements of this section are in addition to and do not limit the requirements located elsewhere within this Zoning Code.
   (C)   No driveway or off-street parking area may be placed so as to require a vehicle to drive over a curb; all driveways for all uses in the village shall enter onto an alley or be accessible through a curb cut placed in conformity with the applicable regulations, procedures, and requirements for curb cuts.
