Automobile repair shall be a conditionally permitted use subject to the following requirements:
(A) No inoperative motor vehicle shall be stored on te premises except those being repaired and for no longer than ten business days.
(B) All repairs must be conducted inside a suitable structure or building.
(C) Hours of operation shall be limited to 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
(D) All exterior lighting shall be shielded away from adjoining properties.
(E) All automotive parts shall be stored inside an enclosed structure or building.
(F) One parking space shall be provided for each employee and one space or each 200 square feet of floor area devoted to automobile repair.
