Raw materials, finished products, work in process, machinery or equipment may not be stored outside of an enclosed structure except in the side or rear yards. No storage shall be allowed on the areas required by § 155.260 as rear and side yard setback area. Any such materials must be hidden by an appropriate obscuring fence so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or the public street upon which the building is located. The area of outside storage shall not exceed 25% of the building area.
