Parcels within the I-1 Industrial District shall have, in addition to the required setbacks, a six-foot high obscuring fence along all sides of the property, except the front which abuts a residential district. This fence shall be constructed no closer to the front property line than the minimum setbacks line along the sides of property. In no instance shall any fence contain barbed wire, electric current or charge of electricity.
