§ 37.01 BACKGROUND.
   The Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003, being 15 U.S.C. §§ 1681 et seq., an amendment to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, requires rules regarding identity theft protection to be promulgated.
