(A) The Village Zoning Districts Map prepared by the Richland County Regional Planning Commission (RCRPC) using the geographic information system shall be and is adopted as the official Zoning Districts Map from the date of this section and shall replace and be the official substitute for the current official Zoning Districts Map dated July 7, 1987, with subsequent amendments.
(B) Commencing from the approval of this section, the Mayor, Fiscal Officer, and Zoning Inspector shall sign in accordance with § 155.009, designating that map as the official Zoning Districts Map.
(C) The original 1987 map shall be kept and maintained by the RCRPC, except that no future amendments to the Zoning Map shall be added thereto.
(D) The original and official substitute map shall be filed with, maintained by, and continually updated by the RCRPC. Other copies shall be maintained with the Zoning Inspector and another with the Council.
