This chapter is intended to be comprehensive legislation with respect to the use of land within this village. It is intended to repeal and supersede all prior zoning ordinances only, and shall not be deemed to repeal the village subdivision regulations, Chapter 154 of this code as amended, the code or ordinances of the village, or any ordinances, resolutions or rules of the village dealing with water, sanitary sewers, streets or storm sewers as are presently in effect. In the event of an inconsistency between this chapter and any existing ordinance, resolution or rule, this chapter shall prevail.
