   No plat shall be recorded until it is approved by the Village of Bellville Planning Commission and such approval is endorsed in writing on the Plat. The approval of the Village Planning Commission or the refusal to approve shall be endorsed on the Plat within thirty (30) days after the submission of the Plat for approval, or within such further time as the applying party may agree to.

   This agreement constitutes the agreement of the applying party to an extension of time beyond the thirty (30) day period for approval or disapproval.
