The following provisions describe the design principles and standards which a subdivider shall be required to follow in the layout of a subdivision. These principles and standards shall be carried out in compliance with the following: this resolution, other regulations of the state or county, and the specifications for each of the various improvements as may be required by the Village Engineer and the Richland County Health Department, according to the nature of the improvements.
