§ 154.006 SEPARABILITY.
   If any section, paragraph, clause, phrase, or part of these regulations is for any reason held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the judgment shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these regulations or the application of those provisions to any person or circumstances.
