The plan submission shall consist of three parts, a narrative, site plan, and engineering details. The narrative verbally explains the problems and the solutions with all necessary documentation. The site plan is a series of maps pictorially explaining the information in the narrative. The engineering details are detail drawings, calculations, and specifications on the stormwater control structures and drainage facilities to be constructed as part of the development.
