§ 153.001 AUTHORITY AND TITLE.
   (A)   These rules and regulations have been developed under authority of R.C. Chapter 7.
   (B)   The official title of these rules shall be known as the “Village of Bellville, Ohio Stormwater Management Rules and Regulations.” However, simply “Stormwater Rules and Regulations” may be used as a short title.
