§ 150.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Violation of § 150.01 of this chapter shall constitute a violation and be punishable by a fine of $250 and/or the issuance of a stop work order and/or the removal of the offending structure.

      (2)   All fines shall be paid within ten days of the issuance of the citation or a late fee of $15 per day shall be applied. If the violation is not resolved and all penalties are not paid within 30 days of the issuance of the citation, a lien may be placed against the property.

   (C)   (1)   Violations of § 150.02 of this chapter will result in the correction (at the property owner’s expense) of the driveway approach or landscape area. Failure to comply with § 150.02 of this chapter shall constitute a violation and shall result in a fine of $100 per day.

      (2)   All fines shall be paid within ten days of the issuance of the citation or a late fee of $15 per day shall be applied. If the violation is not resolved and all penalties are not paid within 30 days of the issuance of the citation, a lien may be placed against the property.

   (D)   (1)   A violation of § 150.03 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine in the amount of $50 per offense. In addition, the Commission may elect, upon proper notice to the homeowner, to remedy the violation and to place a lien against the property.
