(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Violation of § 150.01 of this chapter shall constitute a violation and be punishable by a fine of $250 and/or the issuance of a stop work order and/or the removal of the offending structure.

(2) All fines shall be paid within ten days of the issuance of the citation or a late fee of $15 per day shall be applied. If the violation is not resolved and all penalties are not paid within 30 days of the issuance of the citation, a lien may be placed against the property.
