(A) Any person constructing a new driveway or landscape of an area, or replacing an existing one, within ten feet of the street must have the approval of the Commission of the city.

(B) All driveway approaches and landscape areas within ten feet of the street must be installed according to the city code and must not interfere with the city’s drainage. The driveway approach must be below the drainage point or have a pipe installed underneath it.
