(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Violation of § 90.01 of this chapter shall constitute a violation which is punishable by a fine of $75.

(2) All fines shall be paid within ten days of the issuance of the citation or a late fee of $15 per day shall be applied. If the violation is not resolved and all penalties are not paid within 30 days of the issuance of the citation, a lien may be placed against the property.

(C) (1) Violation of § 90.02 of this chapter shall constitute a violation which carries a fine of up to $250.
