§ 8-51 USE OF CONDEMNED BUILDING; DUTY OF BUILDING OFFICIAL.
   After a building or structure has been declared a public nuisance and ordered torn down by the city council, it shall be unlawful for any person to begin to use or occupy or to continue to use or occupy the same. The building official or his deputy shall place upon such building or structure a placard setting forth that such building or structure has been condemned and declared unsafe for use and that occupancy of same is prohibited by resolution of the city council.
