(A) No person shall operate a bicycle on the sidewalks of the city.
(B) No person shall operate a bicycle on any section of a public park, playground, play lot, or tot lot, except on a roadway or in a parking area.
(C) No operator of any bicycle shall carry another person on such bicycle.
(D) Persons making a left turn are required to extend the left arm out horizontally. Right turns shall be indicated by extending the left arm out horizontally and turned upward at the elbow. A stop or slowing of a bicycle shall be indicated by extending either arm out horizontally and turned down at the elbow.

(A) No operator of any motorcycle, motorscooter, or power-driven bicycle shall carry another person except on a seat attached thereto or in a side car attached to the vehicle.
(B) No operator of a motorcycle, motorscooter, or power-driven bicycle shall operate such vehicle in any public park, except on a roadway or in a parking area.
(C) No operator of a motorcycle, motorscooter, or power-driven bicycle shall operate such vehicle in any play lot or tot lot.

Except on streets which may be declared from time to time as “play streets” by the city and protected by barriers or official signs, it shall be unlawful for any person on skates or riding on a coaster sled or toy vehicle of any kind, to go on any roadway except at a crosswalk.

(A) No person while riding on a bicycle, coaster sled, roller skates, or any toy vehicle shall cling to any moving vehicle on any street, or fasten or attach the vehicle on which he is riding thereto.
(B) No person shall ride on the projection, running board, or fenders of any vehicle.

(A) As used herein, the following words and phrases have the meanings indicated:
(1) “PERSON.” Any natural person, partnership, corporation, joint venture, unincorporated association of natural persons, or any combination thereof.
(2) “SKATEBOARD.” Any board or platform to which there is attached wheels for movement thereof by either gravity or the muscular power of someone standing upon the board or platform.
(B) No person shall cause, permit, allow, encourage or engage in operating a skateboard within the city upon the street, sidewalks, public rights-of-way, or parking areas as specified below:
(1) Fairfield Avenue from the city’s west corporation line to O’Fallon Avenue.
(2) Donnermeyer Drive from the city’s west corporation line to Lafayette Avenue.
(3) All parking lot areas for any businesses located in shopping center zones.
(4) Riviera Drive from Fairfield Avenue to Donnermeyer Drive.
(5) Taylor Avenue from Fairfield Avenue to Roosevelt Avenue.
(6) Covert Run Pike from Berry Avenue to Rossford Avenue.
(7) The portion of Memorial Parkway within the city limits.
(C) No person shall cause, permit, allow, encourage or engage in operating a skateboard within the city upon the streets, sidewalks, public rights-of-way or parking areas in a reckless manner as defined below:
(1) Disregarding traffic-control devices and stop signs.
(2) Obstructing or impeding vehicular traffic in any fashion.
(3) Traveling at an excessive speed whereby the skateboard cannot be readily stopped or controlled by the rider.
(4) Obstructing or impeding pedestrian traffic or endangering pedestrians by refusing to yield right-of-way to pedestrians.
(5) Entering streets from alleyways without stopping or without yielding the right-of-way to vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
(6) Utilizing ramps in any fashion for skateboard jumping.
(7) Jumping the skateboard onto or off any walls, steps or other elevated structure.

(A) The use of golf carts to travel in the City of Bellevue shall be allowed pursuant to the regulations enacted in this section. "GOLF CART" is defined in KRS 189.286.
(B) Each golf cart must have the following equipment:
(1) Headlamps;
(2) Tail lamps;
(3) Stop lamps;
(4) Front and rear turn signals;
(5) One red reflex reflector on each side as far to the rear as practicable, and one red reflex reflector on the rear;
(6) An exterior mirror mounted on the driver's side of the golf cart and either an exterior mirror mounted on the passenger's side of the golf cart or an interior mirror;
(7) A parking brake;
(8) For each seat, a seatbelt assembly that conforms to the federal motor vehicle safety standard provided in 49 C.F.R. sec 571.209;
(9) A horn that meets the requirements of KRS 189.080;
(10) A slow-moving vehicle emblem in compliance with KRS 189.820.
(C) The owner of a golf cart shall be required to:
(1) Have the golf cart inspected by the Campbell County Sheriff;
(2) Obtain a permit and windshield sticker from the City of Bellevue for a fee of $25 each year. The permit and sticker are valid from May 1 of each year to April 30 of each year. The golf cart must display the sticker on its windshield; and
(3) Insure the golf cart in compliance with KRS 304.39-080 and proof of insurance shall be inside the golf cart at all times.
(D) A person may operate a golf cart on a public roadway only if:
(1) The golf cart does not exceed a speed of 25 miles per hour;
(2) The golf cart is only operated on streets with a posted speed limit 25 per hour or less;
(3) A golf cart operator may not cross an intersection where the intersecting roadway has a posted speed limit of more than 35 miles per hour or more;
(4) The golf cart operator must have a valid operator's license, and must have said valid operator's license in their possession; and
(5) The head lights and taillights are illuminated during operation.
(E) The golf cart and its occupants must comply with the Noise Ordinance of the City of Bellevue.
(F) Any person operating a golf cart on a public road shall be subject to the traffic regulations of KRS Chapter 189.
(G) A golf cart may only be parked on hard surface pavement in parking spaces and in parking spaces designated by the city in its parks. It may not be parked on city sidewalks.
(H) The driver of a golf cart must drive in the right hand lane unless making a left hand turn. If the golf cart is slowing the normal flow of traffic, the golf cart driver must yield to vehicles, where possible.
(I) The City Administrator shall be empowered to make new rules and regulations, or to amend existing rules and regulations regarding operation of golf carts in the City of Bellevue, subject to approval by City Council.

(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $50.
(B) Any person who violates any of the terms or provisions of § 73.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof in a court of competent jurisdiction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $500 for each violation, and the skateboard may be confiscated upon direction of the court.
