(A) Any person violating or failing to comply with the provisions of § 50.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined any sum not exceeding $100.00 and costs of prosecution. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any person, corporation or individual found guilty of violating § 50.08 shall be guilty of a violation as defined by the Kentucky Revised Statutes.
