(A) Residents and certain businesses as provided herein shall utilize garbage collection services provided by the city.

(B) The regulation and enforcement of sanitation, disposal, containers and storage of rubbish or garbage shall be as provided in the BOCA Basic/National Existing Structures Code 1987, as may be amended, adopted by ordinance.
(C) Containers shall not be placed at the curb earlier than the night before collection and shall be removed promptly thereafter.
