No personal property acquired or purchased in a transaction described in section 3-3-1, definition of pawnbroker, of this chapter and subject to the requirements of section 3-3-3 of this chapter shall be sold or otherwise disposed of prior to expiration of thirty (30) working or business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) following the day on which such personal property was acquired or purchased by the pawnbroker.
