Persons holding retail beer or retail wine licenses shall not permit the consumption of beer or wine on the licensed premises unless such retailers also have all necessary licenses for such consumption. Wine and beer may be sold for consumption on or off the premises only during the hours set out in section 3-2-8 of this chapter. (1983 Code § 8.107; amd. 2018 Code)
