3-2-8: HOURS OF SALES:
No person shall sell or purchase alcoholic liquor by the drink within the City limits on any day between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) A.M.
No person shall sell or purchase beer, wine or alcoholic liquor within the City limits on any day between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. (Ord. 2006-09, 4-13-2006; amd. 2018 Code)
