351.14 PARKING LONGER THAN EIGHTEEN HOURS.
   (a)   No person shall park a vehicle on any street for a period exceeding eighteen hours.
   (b)   No person shall park a vehicle in the Municipal Parking Lot located on the west side of Southwest Street for a period exceeding eighteen hours.
   (c)   Notwithstanding the foregoing, the northerly single row of the said Municipal Parking Lots has its own two-hour parking limitation for certain hours of the week as set forth in Section 351.17(b).
   (d)   There is hereby established a fine of $20.00 to be levied against the owners of the vehicles which are found being parked in violation of the eighteen hour limits described above and every eighteen hours beyond the initial violation shall be considered an additional violation for which an additional $20.00 may be levied.
   (e)   Should any vehicle be found violating this section for fifty-for consecutive hours, it shall be subject to being towed, at the owner’s expense and the towing service is authorized to retain possession of the vehicle until its reasonable towing and storage charges are paid in full.
   (f)   Nothing herein shall alter the establishment by the Safety-Service Director of appropriate handicapped spaces in any of the subject areas designated above.
   (b)   PENALTY/FINE: The penalty/fine for each violation of this section shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) as set forth above.
