§ 158.040 BARRIERS AND LIGHTS.
   Whoever digs or causes to be dug, any ditch or excavation in or adjoining any street, sidewalk or other public place, shall erect a suitable barrier about such excavation and during the night keep a sufficient number of yellow lights at such excavation and the earth therefrom.
