§ 158.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person failing to comply with §§ 158.030 through 158.043 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50, nor more than $500, for each and every violation.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 158.057 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $200, for each offense.

   (D)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 158.070 through 158.075 of this chapter shall be fined in a sum not less than $75, nor more than $250.

   (E)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 158.090 through 158.098 of this chapter shall be deemed and held guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in any sum not less than $25, nor more than $500, and/or may be imprisoned for a period not to exceed 60 days.
