(A) No person shall dispose of any snow, leaves or grass from private property by transferring such snow, leaves or grass to the streets of the city.
(B) The city shall remove snow accumulation from the following private streets within the corporate city limits and no other: Elmwood Drive, Linda Vista, Pleasant Hill Drive, Voss Place, Notre Dame Hills, South 21st Street and the 400 block of South 8th Street.
