§ 155.052 SPECIAL GRAPHICS REGULATIONS IN DOWNTOWN AREA.
   (A)   After the date of the enactment of this chapter, no street graphic shall be erected, and no existing street graphic shall be permitted to remain for more than five years, unless such graphic has been approved by the City Council upon the recommendation of the Graphics Review Board.
   (B)   The City Council shall approve only those street graphics which:
      (1)   Conform to every pertinent regulation of this chapter; and
      (2)   Are compatible with the theme and overall character to be achieved in the downtown area.
