§ 155.049 C-1, C-2 DISTRICT REGULATIONS.
   No roof-mounted graphics are permitted in any commercial zoning district. All permitted graphics shall conform to every applicable requirement of this chapter. Additionally, special graphics controls are applicable in the downtown business area.
