§ 155.032 BILLBOARDS.
   (A)   No billboard or other off-premises advertising graphics shall be erected or maintained in the city after the effective date of this chapter.
   (B)   Any lawful billboard which exists on the effective date of this chapter may lawfully remain subject to the following conditions.
      (1)   Enlargement or alterations. No such billboard shall be enlarged or altered in any way which increases its non-conformity.
      (2)   Relocation. No such billboard shall be relocated.
      (3)   Reconstruction. Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the reconstruction, repairing, rebuilding, or continuing use of non-conforming billboard or off-street graphic damage by fire, collapse, explosion or act of God subsequent to the date of this chapter.
