(A) In any zoning district, no establishment or group of establishments constituting a shopping center shall have more than two free-standing graphics per street front.
(B) Free-standing graphics shall comply with all of the following regulations.
(1) No free-standing graphic shall project into the public right-of-way.
(2) No free-standing graphic shall be closer than five feet to any side lot line.
(3) No free-standing graphic, not including the posts or supports, shall exceed 12 feet in any dimension.
(4) When attached to a post or other supporting structure, no free-standing graphic shall extend more than 20 feet above the ground or pavement.
(5) No free-standing graphic shall exceed 100 square feet in area.
