§ 155.007 STRUCTURAL AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Every street graphic structure shall be designed and constructed in a safe manner and shall be free of any exposed extra bracing, angle iron, guywires, cables and the like.
   (B)   Every street graphic shall be designed and constructed to withstand a wind pressure of not less than 30 pounds per square foot of net surface area and to receive dead loads as required in the Building Code.
   (C)   All street graphics in which electrical wiring and connections are installed shall conform to the applicable provisions of the Electrical Code.
   (D)   The owner of a street graphic shall maintain it in a neat and attractive condition. The street graphic and supports shall be kept painted to prevent rust, rot or deterioration.
