§ 153.09 COST PER LITER/GALLON DISPLAY CARD REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for anyone to dispense or sell gasoline in the city by liters without displaying a card which shall read as follows:
 
$________ per liter equals $__________ per gallon.
3.7853 liters equals one gallon.
