Any person who has not obtained a permit required by this chapter prior to the commencement of any gas, oil and solid fuel equipment installation shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50, nor more than $1,000. Any person who fails to obey any order of the Gas, Oil and Solid Fuel Burner Inspector to correct violations of this Code shall, upon conviction of said offense, be fined not less than $50, nor more than $1,000, for each day that said violation shall continue to exist after the expiration date of the time fixed by the Inspector for correction thereof constitutes a separate ordinance violation. The court shall also order as a part of the judgment that the defendant comply with all applicable codes and ordinances related to any property which is the subject of this violation.
