Any month when there is a change of username of residential or non-residential electric service within the city, Ameren Illinois shall notify the Building Commission (or other appropriate official) of the city in writing within seven working days after the end of the month of said changes, indicating the address and apartment or unit number in whose name the service is connected or billed.
