§ 151.07 CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL.
   (A)   Upon the completion of the installation or alteration of electrical equipment in any building, it shall be the duty of the person installing or altering the same to notify the Electrical Inspector who shall inspect the work as soon as practical after such notice is given and, if such electrical installation is found to be fully in compliance with this Code, he or she shall issue a certificate of approval authorizing connection to the electrical service.
   (B)   All wiring which is to be concealed shall be inspected and a certificate of approval issued before concealment and any person installing such wiring shall notify the Electrical Inspector giving him or her a minimum of two working days in which to make the required inspection before such wiring is concealed.
