§ 113.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating § 113.006 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100 and no more than $1,000.

   (C)   Newspaper or advertising boxes violating any of the requirements of § 113.007 of this chapter shall be removed by the city. Confiscated boxes may be retrieved by the owner only after paying a fee of $50 per box to reimburse the city for the cost of removing and storing the boxes.

   (D)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 113.020 through 113.030 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $500, or shall be imprisoned in the county jail for not less than ten days and not more than six months, or both.

   (E)   Any person violating § 113.063(F) of this chapter shall be subject to the fine of $10 per day for said violation.
