(A) Permit valid only for sale designated on permit; permit to be posted; non-transferable. A permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be valid only for the particular sale and premises designated on the permit. The permit shall be posted in the front yard area so as to be easily seen by the police and shall be non-transferable.
(B) Person conducting sale to be owner or occupant of premises. It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a sale pursuant to this subchapter who is not the owner or occupant of the premises where such sale is held.
(C) Operation of retail selling business prohibited. It shall be unlawful for anyone to conduct a retail selling business pursuant to a permit issued under this subchapter or to engage in any sales other than those of junk, secondhand, antique or other used or discarded items of property.
(D) Restrictions on location of sales activities. No sales regulated by this subchapter shall be located on any public sidewalk or parkway area.
(E) Length of sale; house. Sales regulated by this subchapter shall be limited to a period of three consecutive days and shall be conducted only during the periods from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(F) Advertising sales restricted. All signs advertising any sale held pursuant to this subchapter shall be located on the public right-of-way. No signs or advertising matter shall be posted upon city signs, state signs or utility poles. Signs are allowed to remain standing from dawn until dusk on the day of the sale.
(G) Use of loudspeakers and amplifiers prohibited. No sale held pursuant to this subchapter shall be conducted with the use of outdoor loudspeakers or other amplification equipment.
