§ 113.099 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW.
   In addition to the requirements in this subchapter, every pawnbroker shall comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including, but not limited to, those laws related to the pawn, pledge, purchase for resale and sale/resale of any stun gun or taser, pistol, revolver or other firearm.
