§ 113.076 SIDEWALK AND STREET ACTIVITIES.
   No person, whether licensed as an auctioneer or not, shall sell, or attempt to sell, or shall cry for sale, at public auction, any goods, chattels or personal property to any person upon any sidewalk or street.
