(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 112.40 through 112.54 of this chapter is subject to prosecution and shall be fined not less than $250, nor more than $500, for each offense, and a separate and distinct offense shall be considered as having been committed for each and every day on which any person shall be guilty of any such violation.
