§ 112.54 SUMMARY ACTION.
   Whenever an inspection of a shelter discloses that such shelter is in violation of local codes and poses an immediate and serious menace to public health and safety, the Mayor is hereby authorized to revoke licensure and to close such shelter forthwith.
