§ 112.20 STANDARDS FOR AMBULANCES.
   (A)   Every vehicle used as an ambulance shall be designed and constructed to meet the vehicle design criteria detailed in 77 I.A.C. 515.830(a)(1)(2)(3)(4).
   (B)   Each ambulance used as a basic life support, intermediate life support or advanced life support (paramedic) shall meet and comply with all requirements, including equipment, staffing, personnel and hours of operation as determined by the EMS System Resource Hospital, the state’s Department of Public Health and 77 I.A.C. and the EMS Systems Act (210 ILCS 50).
