Any vendor that is hired to work school picnics or any event sponsored by the Parks Department or is hired to work any event that is sponsored by the city on public property shall, 14 days prior to the event, submit a list of their employees along with birth dates and Social Security numbers and a release form from said employees to allow history check so that the background of said employees may be investigated.
