(A) Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $500.

(B) (1) Any person violating § 94.01(P) of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $500.
(2) Any person violating § 94.01(T) shall be subject to a fine of not less than $250, nor more than $500.
