The following fishing regulations shall apply at all city parks.
(A) Minors fishing in the ponds must be accompanied by a guardian.
(B) Only pole and line fishing is permitted and only two poles to each person fishing.
(C) No person shall catch, kill or take frogs on the park property.
(D) No person shall deposit any species of fish in any pond without the written permission of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
(E) There is no fish limit on rough fish and rough fish caught are not to be put back or released in any park pond.
(F) Persons who fish in the ponds must comply with the state fishing laws.
