§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person violating § 92.08 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount not exceeding $500. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder as such. For the purposes of § 92.08 of this chapter, any penalty imposed hereunder shall be assessed against the owner of such vehicle for hire.

   (C)   Any person violating § 92.09 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount not exceeding $500. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute separate offense and shall be punishable hereunder as such. For the purposes of § 92.09 of this chapter, any penalty imposed hereunder shall be assessed against the property owner where the dumpster is located and/or owner of vehicle hauling trash and junk.
