§ 70.043 YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY STREETS.
   (A)   (1)   The intersections described in Ch. 75, Schd. II(E), of this code of ordinances are hereby designated yield right-of-way intersections.
      (2)   Where yield right-of-way signs are erected, the driver of a vehicle shall be in obedience to such sign reduce the speed of his vehicle to not more than 20 mph and shall yield the right-of-way to other vehicles which have entered the intersecting street either from the right or left or which are approaching so closely on said intersecting street as to constitute an immediate hazard; but said driver, having so yielded, may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs.
   (B)   If a driver is involved in a collision at an intersection or interferes with the movement of other vehicles after driving past a yield right-of-way sign, such collision shall be deemed prima facie evidence of the driver’s failure to yield right-of-way.
