The owners of a convenience store or gas station, required to adopt additional security measures imposed by the Chief or his or her designee under § 118.18, shall have the right to file an appeal within 30 days before the Police and Fire Committee. The Committee shall hear the appeal and make a formal recommendation for final approval to the City Council.
