§ 118.18 AUTHORITY TO IMPOSE ALTERNATIVE SECURITY MEASURES.
   The Chief of Police or his or her designee, may impose alternative security measures listed below in this section to further enhance the safety of employees, customers and/or to respond to criminal trends, tactics or other actions that reduce the effectiveness of the security measures required by this code.
   (A)   Bullet resistant pass-thru enclosure system for all transactions, (Minimum Standard UL—Underwriters Laboratory level rating 3).
   (B)   No customers admitted in the store between 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
   (C)   Two store employees on duty (recommendation authority only).
   (D)   Automated door-locking system.
   (E)   Credit/debit card or pre-pay for all gas sales.
