(A) All taxicabs operated by a holder of a certificate of public convenience and necessity shall be painted the same color and on the outside of each rear door, in painted letters, not less than two inches, nor more than five inches in height, the name of the holder and in addition, may bear any identifying design approved by the City Council.
(B) No taxicab shall be licensed whose color scheme, identifying design, monogram or insignia to be used thereon, in the opinion of the City Council, conflicts with or imitates any color scheme, identifying design, monogram or insignia used on a taxicab already licensed under this subchapter, in such a manner as to be misleading or tend to deceive or defraud the public.
(C) The color scheme, identifying design, monogram or insignia of a taxicab shall not be changed so as to be, in the opinion of the City Council, in conflict with or an imitation of a color scheme, identifying design, monogram or insignia used by any other holder or operator.
